We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and modern software development practices. This is an onsite position requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- W2 candidates only
- No C2C
- Must be available to work onsite from Day 1
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level experience with Java 8/11/17, J2EE
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture
- Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
- Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka or messaging platforms
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of design patterns, distributed systems, and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise Java applications
- Build cloud-native, microservices-based solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Lead development efforts and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies
