Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the commissioning process of data centers from inception to completion.
2. Develop and manage commissioning plans and ensure they align with project objectives.
3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities.
4. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on UPS systems, generators, and other data center equipment to ensure optimal performance.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
6. Compile and present detailed commissioning reports to project stakeholders.
7. Review and approve technical documentation, including system design documents, test procedures, and operational manuals.
8. Ensure all commissioning activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
9. Provide expert advice on the selection and procurement of data center equipment.
10. Continually monitor the performance of commissioned systems and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in commissioning, specifically within the data center environment.
3. Proven experience with UPS systems, generators, and other data center equipment.
4. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and operations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficient in the use of commissioning software and tools.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
10. Excellent safety record and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
