Summary

• Summary: Lead the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability deliverables for capital projects, operational readiness programs, and asset management initiatives. Responsible for developing maintenance strategies, asset hierarchy, equipment master data, spare parts recommendations, inventory optimization, and maintenance plans are developed in line with client standards and operational requirements
• Industry Experience: LNG Facilities, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals & Chemicals

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Asset Registers, Functional Locations, and Equipment Hierarchies.
• Develop maintenance strategies for static, rotating, electrical, instrumentation, and packaged equipment.

Facilitate and lead:

• Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA)
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance optimization.
• Define maintenance tasks, frequencies, and resource requirements
• Create Task Lists, Job Plans and Maintenance Procedures.

Create Maintenance Plan and Item

• Develop and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and spare parts recommendations.
• Conduct LORA studies, criticality spares analysis
• Perform Inventory analysis to define stocking strategies and Min/Max levels.
• Support SAP PM/EAM master data development including - FLOC, Equipment Masters, BOMs, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans.
• Review of engineering documents such as - P&IDs, PFDs, Datasheets, Equipment Lists, and OEM Manuals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Perform quality reviews and ensure compliance with client standards and reliability best practices.
• Support operational readiness, commissioning, and maintenance handover activities.

Experience:

• 10-13 years in Maintenance, Reliability, Asset Management, or Maintenance Build Projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance engineering teams.
• strong knowledge of rotating, static, electrical, instrumentation, and packaged equipment maintenance.
• Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Operational Readiness projects.
