Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is responsible for both operational planning and supply-chain transformation work, including onboarding new suppliers, expanding managed product categories, and improving planning/reporting capabilities through tools such as SAP IBP, Power BI, and SQL.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to creating, reviewing, and distributing forecasts, demand plans, and supply plans. Work also includes defining processes and models that guarantee continuity of supply, mitigating demand fluctuations and other risks throughout the supply chain, and coordinating with execution, logistics, and procurement partners to ensure alignment on current plans-of-record and forward-looking guidance.
○ Support demand and supply planning process design, testing, and operationalization for materials and labor requirements.
○ Participate in Gap Analysis activity and drive Continuous Improvement in data quality, signal fidelity, and supply chain readiness.
○ Develop and maintain planning analytics and dashboards.
○ Support AI cooling equipment demand planning and execution readiness.
○ Support CE Spares planning initiatives.
○ Assist with fuel planning processes and forecasting.
○ Drive planning data quality, reporting, and governance.
○ Coordinate across Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Operations teams.
○ Support implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain planning capabilities, business processes, and systems.
○ Execute assigned workstreams associated with planning process improvements and supply chain transformation initiatives.
○ Create reporting, business reviews, and planning process documentation.

Candidate Requirements
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain 5-7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Candidates should be comfortable working with large datasets, developing analytics and reporting solutions, and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams. Experience with ERP/MRP planning systems such as SAP IBP, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is highly desirable. Experience within technology, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or data center environments is preferred.
> Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
> Ability to analyze and interpret costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
> Ability to accurately document and record information related to planning activity, process mapping, and material flow.
> Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
> Experience with *** Power BI, Excel, SAP IBP, Ariba, or similar ERP, MRP, and Procurement systems.
> Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
> Experience creating automated reporting, dashboards, and planning analytics.

• Degree / Certification Required: Not a requirement but having a Bachelor''s degree is preferred.

Summary:

Education/Experience:

Explain a typical day in the role.
The contractor will support Data Center Supply Chain planning activities across multiple workstreams. Typical activities include analyzing demand and supply signals, reviewing planning and master data quality, developing Power BI reporting and dashboards, supporting planning process design and testing activities, and coordinating with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams. The role may also participate in business reviews, planning governance activities, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to AI cooling infrastructure, CE Spares, fuel planning, and transformation efforts.
