Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Databricks Lead with strong hands-on experience in Databricks and Control-M. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development and implementation efforts, and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Databricks and the Databricks data engineering ecosystem.
Strong hands-on experience with Control-M for enterprise job scheduling and workflow management.
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.

Preferred Skills:

Banking or financial services industry experience.
Experience with CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) reporting.
Experience with CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) reporting.
Knowledge of financial risk, regulatory, and management reporting environments.
