JDE Technical-Functional Consultant.
Type: Contract (6 months but there is work for years if the person is a good fit)
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1 or 9.2.
Experience with JDE Orchestrator, AIS Server, business services, APIs, integrations, or automation.
Experience with JDE tables, data structures, batch jobs, UBE/reporting, BI Publisher, SQL, and data extraction/validation.
Experience working with developers on customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
Familiarity with CNC/admin concepts, environments, security, package builds, or deployment processes is a plus.
Experience with third-party integrations, EDI, reporting tools, or Oracle/Cloud ecosystem integrations is a plus.
My recommended search positioning
For the first search, I would not make it too narrow. Search for:
“JDE EnterpriseOne Techno-Functional Consultant — Distribution / Procurement / Sales Order / Inventory / Finance — Nearshore”
For TriMark, the strongest match is probably someone with distribution + procurement + sales order + inventory + finance integration. TriMark’s business model is foodservice equipment and supplies, so a pure manufacturing JDE consultant may be less relevant than someone who understands order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, finance, reporting, and integrations.
What to tell recruiters
Tell them this:
We are not looking for a pure JDE developer only. We need a JDE techno-functional consultant who can talk to the business, understand modules/processes, write specs, work with developers, support testing, validate data, and help stabilize the implementation. JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2, Orchestrator/AIS/API, SQL, reports, integrations, and distribution modules are highly preferred.
