job summary:
This Program Management role focuses on the end-to-end onboarding of high-volume clients into our print and mail facilities. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex conversions, navigating technical IT dependencies, and managing physical facility readiness as we transition to 24/7 operations.

work hours: 8am to 5pm
responsibilities:
- Lead specific client Conversion and IT projects that span print platform and facility operations
- Enforcing collaborative thinking and execute across different delivery teams
- Project plans, RAID Log, Issues Mgmt, and status reporting - manage dependencies and critical path
- Define/coordinate testing - input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job
mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc)
- Navigate ambiguity and force actions
- Strategic - engage with solutions and participate in the definition
- Dot connector - bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place
- Execution - orchestrate complex actions across multiple teams to ensure the clients expectations are being met
- Tolerance for change
qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in IT project/program management, specifically within print platforms, fulfillment, or facility operations.
Execution: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive actions across decentralized teams to meet strict client deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable managing IT-to-Facility workflows, including data input files and physical output logistics.
Change Management: High tolerance for shifting priorities and the ability to manage significant organizational changes or workforce scaling.
