Summary

Direct Client Requirement:

QA Analyst, Tester

Location: Hybrid - Nashville, Tennessee 37203

This position will support testing of modernization through supporting and leading the UAT test phase.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Support and lead the UAT test phase for modernization applications.
Knowledge and experience in manual and automation testing as part of an Agile/Scrum project team.
Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira, SQL Server
Experience with Postman for API testing, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca or other automation test tools.
Experience with API and Performance Testing.
Work with users and various business areas in creating and executing manual test cases.
Create and execute automation test scripts to increase test coverage.
Reuse repetitive automated tests to aid in reducing testing time.
Create automation scripts for ServiceNow applications, including Customer Portal, Provider Portal, Worker Portal, HR Portal, and Legal Portal.
Support testing of modernized applications, including EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE.
Learn new application functionality and automation tools as required.
