Position Overview:
As a Contractor specializing in Workday Business Systems Analysis and Integration, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational processes through the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions. Your responsibility will encompass a blend of technical expertise and stakeholder collaboration to tailor Workday deployments to our unique business context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in collaborative discussions with business stakeholders to elicit and clearly document the functional specifications for Workday functionalities.
- Customize and configure the Workday system to fulfill the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Leverage Workday reporting and analytics capabilities to conduct comprehensive data analysis, thus enabling informed decision-making for the business.
- Offer dedicated technical support, addressing and resolving any issues arising with the Workday system promptly.
- Develop and facilitate educational sessions designed to acclimatize end-users with the Workday landscape for maximizing system utility.
Role Prerequisites:
- Demonstrable experience of over five years in the integration of Workday solutions.
- Robust knowledge and practical experience with Workday integration tools, including but not limited to Cloud Connect for Worker (CCW), Payroll Interface (PICOF/PECI), and Web Services (WECI).
- Proficient in the use of Workday Studio for building sophisticated integrations and customizations.
