Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model deployment, along with the ability to lead AI initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production environments.

• Work with large datasets to build predictive models and data-driven solutions.

• Develop and optimize deep learning, NLP, or computer vision models depending on project requirements.

• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven features.

• Build scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.

• Monitor model performance and retrain models to improve accuracy.

• Conduct research on latest AI/ML technologies and frameworks.

• Mentor junior engineers and review technical implementations.

• Ensure best practices for ML model deployment, monitoring, and security.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.

• Knowledge of ML model lifecycle and MLOps.

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

• Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.

• Knowledge of transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc.).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with vector databases and LLM-based applications.

• Experience deploying models using MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience building Generative AI applications.

• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

• Publications or contributions in AI/ML research or open-source projects.
