Summary

Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Job at a Glance: Support the client's wireless customer base, working alongside GTO partners and agent teams to make sure enhancement they are introducing are developed and delivered.
Location: 1701 John F Kennedy Boulevard Philadelphia Pennsylvania 19103 United States
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $58/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
Develop program strategy, business case, and high-level project plans aligned with enterprise goals.
Ensure project integration, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as needed based on business needs.
Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers to ensure timely delivery.
Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that support enterprise goals.
Ensure all projects within the portfolio are completed on time, within budget, and meet strategic requirements.

Required Skills:

Telecom/Wireless PM experience
Strong understanding of SDLC
