As an
Associate Program Specialist , you will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF's implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers, including under-served and disadvantaged communities in the greater Little Rock and surrounding areas.

An
Associate Program Specialist will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects and contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff.

What you will be doing:


  • Perform desktop QA/QC to validate technical project data for weekly processing and ensure compliance with program requirements and process controls.

  • Conduct market research on energy efficiency technologies, including adoption, saturation, and feasibility.

  • Support reporting activities, including report preparation, presentations, database management, and analysis using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote and represent program offerings.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, program requirements, policies, and procedures.

  • Serve as a point of contact for client and internal team inquiries, providing program support and issue resolution.

  • Assist with client outreach, meetings, and ongoing communication efforts.

  • Prepare and maintain program reports, documentation, records, and deliverables in accordance with client and company requirements.

  • Support invoicing, outreach initiatives, recruitment activities, subcontractor coordination, and other administrative functions as needed.

  • Communicate program updates, requirements, and process changes to internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support successful program execution and timely completion of deliverables.

  • Collaborate with regional and national teams to share best practices and support continuous process improvement.

  • Provide general operational and administrative support to program teams and leadership.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.



What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):


  • Bachelor's Degree (one year of experience can be substituted for one year of education)

  • 1+ year(s) experience in energy, data analysis, operational support and/or related experience



What would be useful (preferred qualifications):


  • Experience and knowledge of residential energy efficiency

  • Retail experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

  • Experience in Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
