Job title: Salesforce Agentforce Developer / Lead
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: Long term Contract 

Required Skills
•8+ years of Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Development.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and customization.
•Strong understanding of AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI, and Generative AI capabilities within Salesforce.
•Experience building Agentforce actions using:
o Apex
o Flows
o REST/SOAP APIs
o External Integrations
• Expertise in:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Aura
o SOQL/SOSL
o Salesforce Security Model
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven customer insights.
• Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, Platform Events, Middleware, and external AI/LLM platforms.
• Experience designing conversational workflows and AI-driven business processes.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, and trusted AI practices.

Preferred Skills
•Salesforce AI Specialist Certification.
•Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
•Data Cloud Certification.
•Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other enterprise LLMs.
•Experience implementing AI solutions in Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.

Key Responsibilities
•Design and develop Salesforce Agentforce solutions to automate customer, service, and operational processes.
•Build and configure AI agents, topics/subagents, actions, prompts, and workflows.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize Agentforce use cases.
•Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
•Define AI guardrails, governance, and security controls.
•Optimize agent performance, response accuracy, and business outcomes.
•Mentor development teams on Agentforce architecture and best practices.
•Support solution design, estimation, and client-facing technical discussions.
