Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to oversee and maintain quality processes throughout the entire manufacturing and production lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, supplier quality, inspection methodologies, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality processes across all stages of the production lifecycle.
  • Evaluate suppliers and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Develop and implement inspection methods and quality control procedures.
  • Manage nonconformance issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address quality-related concerns.
  • Participate in internal, external, and supplier audits.
  • Train and guide staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze measurement systems, statistical data, and technical reports to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of measurement systems and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical data, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience managing nonconformances and corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience working in regulated industries.
  • Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes.
