Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Architect

Work Location: Hartford, CT / Hunt Valley, MD / St. Paul, MN (Hybrid - Onsite) (Note: Candidate can choose any 1 of the given three locations but he has to work in Hybrid – Onsite model from day one)

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Description:

Required Experience: 10+ Years

Technical Skills (Primary):

• Guidewire including configuration integration and architecture roles
• Guidewire Cloud Certified ACE PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
• Cloud architecture guiding development teams and integrating PolicyCenter with internal and external systems using Integration Gateway
• Architect end to end Guidewire Cloud PolicyCenter implementations ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and Guidewire Cloud best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Guidewire Cloud Expertise
• 10 years in Guidewire including configuration integration and architecture roles
• At least one end to end Guidewire Cloud implementation PolicyCenter preferred
• Deep proficiency in PolicyCenter functionality product model rules workflows and integrations
• Strong understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite including BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
• Experience with Guidewire SurePath and agile project delivery models
• Integration Technical Skills: Hands on experience integrating Guidewire applications with enterprise systems using

1. Advance product designer APD
2. Integration Gateway IG Apps
3. Client ESB messaging layers
4. RESTSOAP services

• Strong technical background

1. Java J2EE XML
2. AWS cloud fundamentals
3. Enterprise Messaging Systems

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C insurance) domain including policy lifecycle rating underwriting and product modeling
• Experience designing solutions for Tier 1Tier 2 insurers preferred

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong client facing abilities with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to guide teams enforce standards and proactively resolve architectural issues

Mandatory Certifications:

• Guidewire Cloud Certified ACE PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter

Preferred Certifications:

• AINS or any P&C Insurance certification
