Req: Sr. QA Analyst in Dimondale MI Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams throughout requirements, development, and testing phases
• Develop and execute test scenarios to validate business and system requirements
• Perform functional, integration, and backend testing
• Ensure proper test coverage through detailed test planning and execution
• Create, maintain, and execute structured test scripts and regression test packs
• Track, manage, and retest defects to ensure resolution
• Participate in requirement reviews, test planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare QA reports, documentation, and status updates
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure testing alignment
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
• Manage risks, issues, and testing timelines effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA requirements analysis and test planning
• 5+ years of experience in QA execution and defect tracking
• 5+ years of experience with QA tools such as Rational, HP ALM, or similar
• 5+ years of backend functional testing experience
• Strong ability to enhance and adapt test plans for comprehensive test coverage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience with GenTax
• Experience with Oxygen XML Editor
