Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage global labeling projects for complex medical devices, including surgical systems, instruments, software, and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, medical device industry experience, and knowledge of global labeling and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate multiple labeling projects across product lines and geographies.
Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and Logistics teams.
Review labeling content for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and schedules.
Coordinate labeling activities with external print vendors and NPI teams.
Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Drive process improvements using Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry or equivalent.
Strong Project Management experience.
Knowledge of Medical Device Labeling and Regulatory Compliance.
Experience with cross-functional and global teams.
Familiarity with Portfolio Management, Design Control, and Risk Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with SAP and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of international labeling requirements is preferred.
Engineering bachelor's degree preferred; Business or related degree may be considered.
