AI/ML Engineer

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models in production environments

• Architect scalable AI systems across cloud and hybrid platforms

• Build and optimize NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or generative AI solutions

• Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, retraining workflows)

• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation strategies

• Ensure model governance, explainability, fairness, and compliance standards

• Collaborate with data engineers to design high-quality data pipelines

• Translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions

• Conduct model performance analysis and continuously optimize for accuracy, scalability, and latency

• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and promote best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related field

• Strong proficiency in Python, and ML libraries such as:

  • TensorFlow / PyTorch

  • Scikit-learn

  • Keras

• Experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., Transformers, LLMs)

• Hands-on experience deploying models in cloud platforms such as:

  • AWS

  • Azure

  • Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

  • Model evaluation metrics and optimization

  • Distributed computing and big data processing (Spark, Hadoop)

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Knowledge of reinforcement learning

• Experience with real-time inference systems

• Background in responsible AI, model governance, and AI ethics

• Experience leading AI strategy or architecture design

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
