Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM modules, strong integration capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
  • Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflows, automation, and integrations with external systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of ITSM processes.
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and instance strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Service Catalog
    • Knowledge Management
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and CSDM framework.
  • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server).
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts.
  • Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and instance management.
  • Proven ability to create solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
