Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java application development, SQL Server, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, working extensively with SQL Server (T-SQL), Stored Procedures, and SSRS. Experience in the Gas Pipeline industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Java applications.
- Develop and optimize applications using Java and object-oriented programming principles.
- Write complex SQL queries, T-SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.
- Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database-related issues.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and application deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and Stored Procedures.
- Experience developing reports using SSRS.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
