Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IFS Developer with strong Warehouse Management (WM) domain expertise to support the design, development, customization, integration, and maintenance of IFS Applications/IFS Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and enhancing warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes within the IFS ecosystem.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions that improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support solutions within IFS Applications / IFS Cloud.
• Configure and enhance Warehouse Management (WM) functionalities including:
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Operations
• Receiving and Put-away
• Picking and Packing
• Cycle Counting
• Shipping and Logistics
• Replenishment Processes
• Barcode/RF Scanning Integration
• Develop customizations using:
• IFS Aurena
• PL/SQL
• SQL
• IFS APIs
• Custom Events
• Lobby Development
• Reports and Data Migration Tools
• Create and maintain integrations between IFS and third-party warehouse systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to warehouse and inventory processes.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop technical documentation, design documents, and support materials.
• Participate in system performance tuning and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business users during requirement gathering, UAT, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong experience in Warehouse Management (WM) and Inventory Management modules within IFS.
• Hands-on experience with:
• PL/SQL
• SQL Development
• Oracle Database
• IFS Developer Studio
• IFS APIs and Integrations
• Experience creating custom reports, events, projections, and workflows.
• Knowledge of warehouse operational processes and logistics workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• IFS Cloud (latest versions)
• Aurena Development
• REST APIs
• Middleware integrations
• RF/Barcode scanning solutions
• Supply Chain and Logistics modules
• Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or logistics environments.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• IFS certifications are highly desirable.
