Job#: 3051015 Job Description: Associate Director, IT Strategic SourcingKey Responsibilities- Partner with IT stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies that support financial, operational, and risk objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive strategic vendor partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and systems.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including RFx development, contract negotiations, and procurement execution.
- Manage renewals and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct vendor business reviews and monitor supplier performance.
- Analyze spend and contract data to drive sourcing decisions and value creation.
- Lead negotiations involving software, hardware, cloud, telecom, networking, and professional services agreements.
- Gather business requirements, evaluate supplier proposals, and facilitate vendor selections.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage issue resolution.
- Communicate project status and timelines to stakeholders.
- Partner with sourcing leadership to execute category strategies and meet business objectives.
Qualifications- 7+ years of IT Strategic Sourcing and Category Management experience.
- Experience negotiating technology-related contracts including software, hardware, cloud services, telecommunications, networking, and professional services.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology vendors and emerging technology markets.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
