Job Title: Project Scheduler

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and present project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedules are accurate and up to date.
  • Promote effective use of schedules as project management tools within EPC environments.
  • Review schedule logic and identify gaps, errors, or missing activities.
  • Perform time impact analysis in coordination with project managers.
  • Support schedule narratives and documentation for change orders and official correspondence.
  • Ensure delays and change orders are accurately reflected in project schedules.
  • Generate monthly schedule reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate across departments including sales, procurement, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  • Review contracts to identify milestones and incorporate them into schedules.
  • Document events impacting schedule, scope, and project performance.

Required Skills:

  • 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in industrial environments.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and critical path scheduling methodologies.
  • Knowledge of EPC project delivery and project control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with high voltage substation projects.
  • Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across project teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
