Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Content Writer with Business Analyst experience in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content on SharePoint platforms while gathering business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Azure is essential to support cloud-based solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and manage content on SharePoint sites, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Maintain and enhance SharePoint portals, workflows, and document libraries.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions using Azure services.
  • Ensure content aligns with banking regulations, compliance, and security standards.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Content Writer.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint (Online/On-Premise).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure DevOps, Storage, etc.).
  • Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks in banking (KYC, AML, etc.).
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
