Technical Delivery Architect / Manager (Infor CloudSuite LN)
Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel as required
Duration: Initial 9-Month Contract with Strong Extension Potential
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Architect / Manager to lead the technical delivery workstream for a large-scale global ERP transformation program leveraging Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This role will own end-to-end delivery of all technical workstreams, including Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, Extensions, Forms (RICEFW), integrations, identity and access management, and environment readiness.
The ideal candidate combines strong ERP implementation leadership with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record of managing system integrators, third-party vendors, and enterprise-scale ERP deployments through go-live and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
<>Technical Delivery Leadership
- Own delivery of all reports, interfaces, customizations, enhancements, extensions, and forms across the ERP ecosystem.
- Lead internal technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party development resources.
- Review, approve, and govern technical specifications and deliverables.
- Manage technical milestones, scope, quality, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure implementation partners meet committed deliverables, timelines, and knowledge transfer obligations.
<>Integration Management
- Lead delivery of enterprise integrations involving APIs, EDI, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
- Oversee data mapping, transformation, and interface design activities.
- Coordinate technical engagement with external vendors and business partners.
- Manage technical dependencies including connectivity, credentials, endpoints, testing, and data requirements.

Support and ensure readiness for ERP-related applications and environments, including:
- Infor LN

<>Identity & Access Management
- Manage user lifecycle processes across environments.
- Design security roles, permission structures, and access models.
- Define and govern user provisioning workflows.
- Partner with Finance and Compliance teams on Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.
- Establish audit and governance frameworks utilizing Infor GRC.
<>Program Governance
- Drive technical workstream planning, prioritization, sequencing, and scope decisions.
- Manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
- Support change control and scope management processes.
- Provide status reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
<>Hypercare & Deployment Support
- Lead technical hypercare activities during implementation waves.
- Provide first-line technical support during stabilization periods.
- Define exit criteria and support transition plans.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across business, functional, and data teams.
<>Team Leadership
- Lead engineers, testers, consultants, and third-party resources.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and organizational readiness.
- Prepare support teams for long-term ownership and operational support.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of ERP implementation and delivery experience.
- Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations through go-live and hypercare.
- Proven experience owning technical workstreams with approval authority over specifications and deliverables.
- Strong enterprise integration experience involving:
- APIs
- EDI
- File-based integrations
- Middleware platforms
- Data mapping and transformation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Role-based security design
- User provisioning processes
- Approval workflows
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Experience managing system integrators and implementation partners.
- Experience overseeing specification reviews, change control, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Travel Requirements
- Preference for candidates located in Colorado.
- Open to candidates throughout the United States.
- Remote candidates must be available during Mountain Time business hours.
- Ability to travel to the Denver/Boulder area approximately one week per month as required.
