Job Title: - ServiceNow Consultant (Techno-Functional).

About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical and process expertise to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to align business processes with the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements, design workflows, and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Develop solutions (workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, reports).
Support end-to-end project lifecycle design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
Provide functional guidance on ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Manage integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP).
Prepare documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

8+ years in ServiceNow development, 3+ years in ServiceNow consulting.
Strong ServiceNow configuration & development skills (JavaScript, Glide API).
Experience with ITIL processes, integrations, and workflow design.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/HR/CSM/ITOM) preferred.
