Summary

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Location: Plano, TX

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with a balanced skill set across front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have deeper expertise in backend development while being comfortable working on modern UI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end
Build responsive user interfaces using ReactJS / React Native
Design and implement backend services using Java
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Java (Backend development)
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and/or React Native
Full stack development experience with a 60% backend / 40% frontend focus
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in enterprise environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
