Our client is a large U.S. financial services organization headquartered in Ohio with a multi-state branch and ATM footprint. The company operates across several regions and ranks among the largest banks in the United States.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $58.00 to $68.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an environment strategy covering all systems in scope.
  • Build and manage a deployment calendar and coordinate releases across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Plan and execute environment refreshes and configuration management for integrated systems.
  • Track and report code and configuration changes across environments.
  • Create, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies to ensure exhaustive testing.
  • Develop software quality test plans and test cases and maintain standards for SQA test documentation.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive test plans to validate software requirements.
  • Drive a high degree of defect-free releases through rigorous QA practices and documentation.
  • Anticipate potential software problems by creating exhaustive test scenarios, including ETL testing.
  • Document all testing results aligned to approved test plans.
  • Identify and analyze defects and trace root causes leading to failures.
  • Identify areas for test improvement through analysis, experience, and metrics.
  • Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner to stakeholders.
  • Educate and train peers and subordinates on QA processes and provide coaching to the QA team.

  • Strong understanding of multi-system environments and Agile Release Train coordination.
  • Experience managing integrated environments across multiple platforms, not limited to a single product.
  • Ability to oversee code changes, configuration updates, and deployments across diverse systems.
  • Familiarity with release management tools, scheduling, and dependency tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination.
  • Experience with ETL testing and comprehensive test planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and documentation.
