Summary

Description:
This position Full-Time In-Office position not open to remote work.

Your next Senior Financial Analyst role could be about more than reporting results. It could be about shaping what happens next.

You'll use data, forecasting, and modern tools to spot trends early, flag risks before they become problems, and help our President and leadership team make smarter decisions about operations, technology, investment, and growth.

In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with Operations to find ways to improve profitability through efficiency, resource planning, customer contracts, and pricing.
  • Explore automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, data integration, and visibility across the business.
  • Turn financial and operational data into clear dashboards and KPIs that help leaders understand results and take action.
  • Build forecasts and three- to five-year financial models, and analyze capital investments and growth opportunities, balancing growth with margins, productivity, and risk.
  • Support day-to-day accounting and finance, including financial close and reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and tax and audit work.

Requirements:
What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Progressive accounting and finance experience is valued. We also welcome candidates with less professional experience who bring a strong educational foundation, new ideas, analytical ability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls and accounting principles.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Experience working with accounting teams and with banking, tax and external accounting partners.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to explain financial information clearly and connect it to business performance.
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach and a drive to improve financial systems, reporting, and processes.
  • Experience in an operationally complex business would be especially valuable.

Ready to help shape what's next? We'd welcome a conversation.
