responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops and interviews with Fixed Income traders risk managers structurers and operations personnel to understand current workflows pain points and strategic objectives related to the legacy platform and eTrading usage
- Conduct a detailed assessment of how the eTrading Fixed Income platform components eg etrading functionalities risk modeling pricing engines trade booking workflows FIX connectivity are currently configured and utilized
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement efficiency gains and functional gaps relative to business needs and modern platform capabilities with a specific focus on the eTrading environment
- Provide expert guidance on the capabilities best practices and potential configurations of various modules within the eTrading Fixed Income suite
- Translate complex business requirements into clear structured findings and contribute to the documentation of discovery outputs including current state analysis gap analysis and preliminary recommendations
- Act as a key liaison between the business stakeholders and the technology teams ensuring business context and requirements are clearly understood by technical counterparts
- Collaborate closely with technology consultants to assess the technical aspects of the legacy platform and eTrading integrations ensuring a holistic understanding of the environment
- Contribute to the definition of the scope and objectives for the subsequent modernization phases based on discovery findings
- Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders including business and technology leadership
