Experience: 8 10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake and dbt to lead data engineering initiatives and deliver scalable data solutions. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, client engagement, and team management responsibilities.

Key Skills Required
  • Strong experience with Snowflake and dbt.
  • Expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines and data models.
  • Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, performance tuning, and data engineering best practices.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DataOps methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading data engineering teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models using Snowflake and dbt.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
  • Coordinate onshore-offshore teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and lead technical discussions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and efficient data engineering solutions.
  • Drive data quality initiatives, optimize performance, and implement best practices.
  • Manage scheduling and automation processes using Control-M.
  • Lead architecture reviews, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Track project milestones, manage escalations, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing client-facing engagements.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions.
