Job Title: Business Solution Architect
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences commercial technology, marketing operations, or solution architecture.
- 5+ years designing enterprise marketing technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing workflows and commercial operations.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, customer data, and digital engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Work Site: Remote
