Job Description:
· Test Strategy & Governance: Lead, define, and execute comprehensive end-to-end test strategies across core Oracle CC&B modules (billing, customer management, metering, and payments).
· Utilities Domain Verification: Validate business-critical utility workflows, tarification rules, complex financial transactions, and compliance metrics specific to the utilities sector.
· Lifecycle Testing Management: Coordinate and execute functional, integration, system, and regression test suites, logging defects and monitoring resolutions.
· Data & Lifecycle Execution: Utilize SQL query blocks to validate backend database states, transaction staging, and interface records. Manage lifecycle defects within Azure DevOps (ADO) or related tracking tools.
· Technical Communication: Act as the primary QA liaison for cross-functional project teams, clearly articulating complex finding patterns, environmental dependencies, and delivery blockages.
· Previous Engagement Tagging: Clearly state and tag on the candidate''s profile whether they have previously worked for Infosys as either a Subcontractor (Subcon) or Full-Time Employee (FTE).
