Summary

Role: Data Engineer (With Sql, python, Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer))
Location: Hartford, CT - Onsite
Duration: long term W2

Required
At least 8+ years of Information Technology experience
Proficiency in Python AND SQL is highly desirable.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer)
Strong communication and Analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Min 2 years of experience in Google Cloud platform (especially BigQuery & DataFlow)
Experience with Python, SQL and Google Cloud SDK & API Scripting.
Google Cloud Platform certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) considered a plus.
Capable of designing scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources into BQ
Strong hands-on experience on Python.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent Communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
