Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable patient engagement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud. The role involves building healthcare-focused CRM solutions, integrating data across enterprise platforms, and enabling advanced patient services through cloud and AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, healthcare data models, and integrations with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop scalable healthcare applications on Salesforce Health Cloud to support patient engagement and care management workflows.
· Build and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
· Collaborate with solution architects to design end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services.
· Integrate Salesforce with AWS services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and Amazon Athena for data ingestion and analytics.
· Support AI-driven patient engagement solutions using Amazon Bedrock to enable intelligent automation and personalized patient interactions.
· Ensure seamless patient data synchronization across systems to maintain a single source of truth.
· Analyze and troubleshoot complex data and integration issues across platforms.
· Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.
· Work with cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
· Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and regional privacy standards.
