Summary

We are looking for a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve user experiences across various digital platforms.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Participate in UX critiques and design workshops to enhance design quality and maintain consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer journeys and support business outcomes through innovative design solutions.
  • Utilize research and data insights to inform design decisions and create user-centered experiences.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in designing customer-facing digital products, particularly in eCommerce or service-related sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and user-centered design practices.
  • Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using modern design tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in designing retail experiences, particularly in areas like loyalty, replenishment, or returns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and iterative design processes to optimize user experiences.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Comfort with adopting new technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows.
