MS Power Pages Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Pages or React with JavaScript to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, a strong understanding of enterprise security, database concepts, and web analytics, and the ability to mentor developers and guide technical decisions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level web applications using Microsoft Power Pages or React/JavaScript.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Implement and manage security models, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Design and manage relational database structures, including Data modelling, Creating and managing records, Writing efficient queries
• Integrate website analytics and user behavior tracking to monitor usage and improve application performance.
• Stay informed about Power Pages integration roadmap and upcoming features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, analysts, and QA.
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including documentation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience developing Power Pages applications OR React applications with JavaScript.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise web applications.
• Deep understanding of:
• Enterprise security frameworks
• Authentication and authorization
• Application behaviour and performance optimization
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience with web analytics and user behavior tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with React.js, especially if the primary background is Power Pages.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with APIs and external systems.
