Position: Business Analyst

Location: New York, NY

 

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services.
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical business use cases.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Exposure to AI evaluations, AI solution validation, or AI testing.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
