Entry-Level DAS / Wireless Installation TechnicianPosition OverviewThis
Entry-Level Wireless Installation Technician will support the installation and construction of in-building wireless systems (DAS/LMR). Technicians work alongside a
Lead Installer, Foreman, and installation teams, with opportunities to work independently as skill level increases.
While training is provided, the ideal candidate can
contribute immediately, particularly with
.5" coax installation in DAS or LMR environments.
Key Responsibilities- Install, terminate, and test coaxial cable (.5" and 7/8")
- Perform sweeping and testing using Anritsu equipment
- Install antennas, cabling, J-hooks, and related infrastructure
- Assist with racking and stacking of routers and switches
- Work with equipment from leading manufacturers, including:
- Heliax
- CommScope
- Corning
- SOLiD
- TE Connectivity
- Trilogy
- Interpret blueprints and site drawings
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
Work Environment- Travel to job sites using personal vehicle during contract phase
- Ride with team members in company vans when applicable
- Company vehicle provided upon conversion to full-time employment
Required Skills & Experience- Experience with wireless or low-voltage installations preferred
- Familiarity with:
- Coax, Cat5/Cat6, and fiber optic cabling
- DAS / IBS systems (SpiderCloud experience a plus)
- Cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
