Remote Radiant & Cupid Analyst

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Radiant & Cupid Analyst for a fully Remote 6+ Months Staff Aug opportunity, with likelihood of extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant and Cupid application workflows to support clinical and operational needs
• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of tickets and service requests
• Partner with radiology, cardiology, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Design, test, and validate build changes and enhancements before migration to production
• Participate in upgrades, release testing, and change management activities
• Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and support procedures
• Train end users and provide ongoing system education

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as an Epic Radiant and Cupid analyst
• Epic certification in Radiant
• Working knowledge of radiology and cardiology clinical workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within ticketing and change control processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, and project teams
