Overview

This role involves acting as a Technology Engineer within the Enterprise Technology & Security organization, primarily managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across all IT functions, End Point, and data at rest and in motion. The position supports the deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of server-based application infrastructure on Windows and Linux platforms, with a focus on data security and DLP replacement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a Technology Engineer within the Enterprise Technology & Security organization.
• Manages Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across IT functions, End Point, and data at rest/motion.
• Deploys, integrates, and troubleshoots Windows/Linux server-based application infrastructure.
• Executes database queries (SQL/Oracle/Teradata/Hadoop) and software development (Java/C) with API development.
• Utilizes networking, firewall technologies, and cloud/containerization platforms.
• Provides support for production systems, including performance optimization, vulnerability management, and issue communication.
• Maintains operational runbooks, performs business continuity failover activities, and provides after-hours support.
• Communicates technical information to internal customers and engineers.
• Sets up, updates, and maintains securities across asset classes in operational and accounting systems.
• Initiates and maintains security reference data.

Required Skills

• In-depth Linux and Windows knowledge.
• Extensive DLP knowledge across IT, End Point, and data at rest/motion.
• Working knowledge of networking and firewall technologies.
• Experience with database queries (SQL/Oracle/Teradata/Hadoop).
• Software development experience (Java/C) and API development.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization.
• Programming/Scripting in .NET, PowerShell, and vbscript.
• Experience with Diagnostic Software (WireShark, Command-line tools) and security application vendors.
