Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems such as gearboxes, bearings, shafts, belts, and pneumatic components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mixers, extruders, conveyors, pumps, and material handling systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds.
• Maintain and improve PM schedules and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment such as mixers, extruders, conveyors, pumps, and material handling systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• A relevant certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
