Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead and support enterprise supply chain planning and execution solutions. This role will own both BUILD and RUN activities across Supply Chain processes, helping stabilize post-S/4HANA implementations while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and possess strong expertise in SAP MM, PP, MRP, Inventory Management, Material Master, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing Execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Supply Chain planning and execution processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Act as the SAP product owner for planning, inventory, manufacturing, and procurement-related processes.
• Translate business requirements into standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Lead BUILD and RUN support for:
  • MRP
  • Demand Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Material Master
  • Manufacturing Planning & Execution
  • Production Planning (PP/MM integration)
• Stabilize planning processes following S/4HANA implementation.
• Resolve planning exceptions, inventory discrepancies, ATP issues, and master data challenges.
• Lead incident, problem, and application lifecycle management.
• Ensure planning jobs, integrations, and batch processes execute reliably.
• Coordinate with AMS providers and support teams to ensure quality delivery.

• Promote Clean Core SAP principles and minimize customizations.
• Govern configuration, transports, and functional design standards.
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Master Data, Manufacturing, and Order Management teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory turns, and operational efficiency.
• Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and future roadmap initiatives.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices for business users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, stabilization, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience with application support, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or automotive environments.
• SAP S/4HANA certifications (MM, PP, or related modules).
• Experience with demand planning and advanced planning tools.
• Experience working with offshore AMS teams and system integrators.
• Familiarity with SAP solutions such as:
  • SAP Ariba
  • SAP Signavio
  • SAP Joule AI
  • SAP LeanIX
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
