What you'll achieve
As a Serviceability Development Principal Engineer, you will lead the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements, while conducting studies and analyses to enhance existing systems and ensure customer success.

You will:
  • Collaborate with other Development organizations to ensure new AI Servier products are Diagnosable and Repairable in the field
  • Measure new AI server products against the prescribed design specifications and drive engineering changes for non-compliances
  • Maintain and update design specifications based on new technology and program lessons learned
  • Familiarity with Engineering tools, ie. PTC Creo, Jira and Confluence

Essential Requirements
  • 8+years of related experience
  • Advanced understanding of appropriate system architectures
  • Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions
  • Ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup and the capability to influence others to achieve results

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Salary range for this position is $157,250.00 - $203,500.00.
