Oracle EBS Service Functional Ownership

Responsibilities include:

Explain complete Service lifecycle in EBS
Map business processes to EBS transaction flows
Identify configuration dependencies
Validate setup related to service billing, warranties, RMAs
Ensure service revenue & parts revenue traceability
Analyze transaction flow from Service Request → Work Order → Parts Issue → Billing → AR
