Role Overview: We are looking for a senior developer (8-10 years) to lead data modernization efforts. You will be refactoring legacy applications into AWS cloud-native solutions, building enterprise-level Data Lakes, and maintaining ETL pipelines.

Must-Have Skills:

AWS Expert: 5+ years with VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, and Athena.
Java Core: 7+ years in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
Modernization: 5+ years refactoring/migrating legacy apps to Cloud.
Data/ETL: 3+ years creating AWS ETL jobs and high-volume data pipelines.
DevOps: 5+ years with automation tools and CI/CD practices.

Preferred (Big Plus):

Relevant Public Sector/State Government experience.
AWS Certifications.
Experience with PowerBI or AWS QuickSight.
