Title : Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer
Location : Austin, TX
Duration : 12+ months
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+
· Demonstrate strong expertise in Alibaba Cloud core services, including ECS, OSS, RDS, and VPC
· Architect and lead large-scale migrations of business-critical services to AWS and Kubernetes-based platforms
· Design and implement GitOps-first deployment strategies using ArgoCD, integrated with Spinnaker for advanced delivery workflows
· Design, build, and operate production-grade AWS EKS platforms at scale
· Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release strategies, including blue-green, canary, and progressive delivery
· Design and maintain reusable Helm charts and standardized Kubernetes deployment patterns
· Develop and maintain Python-based tooling for deployment automation, operations, and platform reliability
· Provide deep Linux systems expertise, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and incident mitigation
· Own and support production systems, including on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis (RCA)
· Collaborate closely with SRE and Security teams to embed reliability, scalability, and security into platform design
· Drive architectural reviews, author design and technical documents, and influence long-term platform and migration roadmaps
· Mentor engineers and help raise the bar for DevOps and platform engineering best practices across the organization
