Required Skills & Experience - BS in CS or related field
- 10+ years of data engineering / software engineering experience
- Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams or multiple squads
- Strong background in designing and scaling data platforms or shared data services
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Experience enabling ML and analytics workloads
- Communication abilities with product
