Technical Support Engineer

Location: New York

Duration: Long Term

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with IDE configuration and troubleshooting (Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code).
Strong understanding of SSH, Git, and version control workflows.
Basic Linux administration knowledge (CLI usage, permissions, logs).
Basic Python coding skills (ability to read, run, and debug scripts).
Familiarity with development workflows and debugging practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting cloud-based development environments.
Exposure to CI/CD workflows.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker basics).
Experience in technical/application support roles.
