Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This long-term contract position requires expertise in Oracle HCM systems, including technical and functional configuration, system administration, and the development of reports and dashboards. The role also involves supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules to ensure optimal system performance.
Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools and data analytics.
Create and implement guided journeys to streamline and improve transactional processes.
Provide technical support for production activities related to talent management, including evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning.
Collaborate with IT and functional teams to enable the transition to Redwood UI and enhance system functionalities.
Address and resolve complex user issues to ensure seamless system operations.
Assist in setting up and maintaining workforce structures, job profiles, and position hierarchies.
Support interface activities and ensure accurate data integration across modules.
Evaluate and mitigate the impact of system patches in collaboration with technical teams.
Log and resolve service requests while coordinating with Oracle and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in Oracle HCM system administration and development.
Strong knowledge of report and dashboard creation using Oracle BI tools.
Familiarity with talent management processes, including performance evaluations and succession planning.
Expertise in transitioning from Responsive UI to Redwood UI.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
Skilled in configuring and maintaining workforce structures and interfaces.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Cisco technologies.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and Dell technologies.
